VeeMetr Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the public website, blog and advertising management application provided by VeeMetr at ads.veemetr.com. The advertising management application is for authorized customers and employees only.

Information we process

To provide authentication, access control, advertising management, security auditing and troubleshooting, we may process account details, login and operation records, device and network information, and advertising business data submitted by users within their authorized scope.

How we use and protect information

Information is used only to provide and protect the platform, perform authorized business activities, meet compliance requirements and address security incidents. We use reasonable measures such as access controls, encryption in transit and audit logging to limit unauthorized access, disclosure or modification.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or disclose account credentials or business data to unrelated third parties, except to carry out platform operations explicitly authorized by users, meet legal obligations or protect legitimate rights and interests. Information is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes.

Website and blog analytics

Our public homepage and blog use Google Analytics 4 to help us understand traffic sources, page views and reading activity. Google may process analytics through browser identifiers, cookies, and device and network information. We do not load this analytics integration on login, registration or advertising management pages, do not send account credentials, advertising business data or form contents through it, and disable Google signals and advertising personalization signals.

Page addresses sent to analytics exclude query parameters and fragments, and referrers retain only the referring site. This integration does not load analytics scripts when the browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out tool. First-party website analytics

Our homepage and blog use first-party analytics alongside GA4. We record public page paths, visit times, source categories and device categories, without storing full IP addresses, referrer URLs, query parameters or private application data in analytics. Random visitor identifiers are stored locally for up to 30 days; a new session starts after 30 minutes between page views. When storage is unavailable, identifiers last for the current page only. Visit records have a 90-day retention target with batch cleanup. Reports are restricted to platform administrators. We honor DNT and GPC opt-out signals.
